Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Infinite Web Source LLC (“we,” “us”) collects through FINAL50.com, our checkout and funnel pages, the member portal, our emails and the F50 app, and how we use it. We do not sell your personal information.
Information you give us
• Contact details: your name and email when you join the free Research Library, buy the book or join the F50 Protocol.
• Order details: shipping address, phone number if you provide it, and what you bought.
• Payment details: entered on our checkout and processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Messages: anything you send us by email, form or on a live call.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our pages or open our emails, our systems record basic technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and whether you open or click our emails. The member portal records your logins and course progress.
Your health numbers stay with you. The F50 Protocol’s baseline, logs, audits and trackers are fillable PDFs that you complete and keep on your own device. We do not ask you to send us your weight, lab results, medical history or other health measurements, and the F50 app does not ask you to enter them. If you choose to share health details with us, for example in an email or on a call, we use them only to answer you and do not use them for marketing.
How we use your information
• To deliver what you bought: shipping the book, giving you portal access, sending your login and member emails.
• To bill your membership, manage failed payments and process cancellations.
• To send the emails you signed up for, including the Research Library, weekly briefing notices and daily tips. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time with the link in every email.
• To answer your questions and provide support.
• To understand how our pages and emails perform and improve them.
• To prevent fraud and comply with the law.
Who we share it with. We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the business, under contracts that limit their use of it:
• GoHighLevel: our CRM, email, funnel, checkout and member portal platform.
• Stripe: payment processing.
• Our website host (WP Engine) and email delivery providers.
• Shipping and fulfillment partners: your name and address, to deliver your book.
• App store and app platform providers, if you use the F50 app.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users’ safety, or as part of a sale or merger of the business.
Cookies and tracking. Our pages use cookies and similar tools to keep you logged in, remember your checkout, and measure traffic. We may also use advertising and analytics tools, such as the Meta pixel and Google Analytics, to see which ads and pages bring visitors and to show our ads to people who have visited our site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of interest-based ads at optout.aboutads.info and youronlinechoices.com.
How long we keep it. We keep account and order records while you are a member and for as long as we need them for tax, accounting and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, subject to those requirements.
Your choices and rights
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.
• Ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing chris@earnit247.com. We will verify your request and respond within 45 days.
• Nevada residents: we do not sell covered information as defined by Nevada law. You may still submit an opt-out request to chris@earnit247.com.
• If you live in a state or country that gives you additional privacy rights, such as California or the EU, you can exercise those rights through the same email address.
Security. We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children. The Services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes. We may update this policy. We will post the new version with a new effective date and email members about material changes.
